  • how did you manage to solder the stereo ic directly to the board? i always use sockets but maybe i don't need to, eh?

  • @kingswayguitar the sockets aren't necessary (helpful, though)

  • your schematics and your bread board set up is not the same!

  • The circuit that was breadboarded is the first schematic presented with the exception that the potentiometer was simply replaced with a fixed voltage (Vdd). But yes, there is a small discrepancy.
