Today we're going to talk about how we make a proper rotation on our back swing. What's important is that we start in a real good solid posture so my lower body has the ability to support the rotation of my upper body. My upper body is going to rotate across my lower body so I have the ability to load my thigh.

One great way to do this is to use a drill with a chair. If I take a chair, a desk or a table, I take my right leg and put it underneath that chair and get into a proper position. That allows me to take my chest and left shoulder and rotate across my lower body to where I have support in my right leg and can feel good coiled.

From there, that chair helps me understand how to keep my weight on the inside of my right foot as I load that back swing. That gives me the ability to load my body, so now I'm in position to go forward. This should help you in your ability to create more power, more stability and more consistency in your golf swing. I hope this helps you with your game.
