@tiffanie2279 Ask yourself this question? What does Jesus say about devouring widows homes? Mortgages are on homes, not on people. They got the home, that is what the foreclosures about. They get the home if you don't pay.
If they didn't undermine the prices of homes in a neighborhood. Then the people who can no longer pay because of death or whatever in the family could sell the home for what they owe. But the banks didn't do that. They dried up loans and decreased the value of the homes.

1. It's not a house.
2. No banks in their right mind would want payments these days.
3. Listen to other calls to hear how they blatantly refuse payments.
4. BAC isn't even the Plaintiff.
5. Is this how you react to millions of Americans and their families whom are in danger of being evicted?

hahah sounds like you basically are a deadbeat and you are trying to find a way NOT to pay your bills! You need to find jesus and see what he says about manipulation and lying. Pay your bills and stop trying to find a way to get around paying your debt. You live in the house, you OWE the money. You really are a piece of work!!
Jason, I look forward to hearing more.........If I heard right, you just came from court and the case was ruled against you? And then the bank called you asking for you to pay as if they didn't know your court date was today, ended a few hours ago... can you pls clarify, thank you for all you are doing

@SuperMillions100 In this specific call, a party suing me called me before the hearing. As for rulings, there were not necessarily any rulings because we settled their frivolous and fraudulent claims against me outside court. As for why they called, they do that to kind of feel-you-out to communicate with their fellow criminal attorneys in their criminal enterprise of racketeering influenced operations; their crimes are ignored by law enforcement right now because they are paid off by banks.

I love the way he says your name Jay! He sounded like one of the people in the movie manchurian candidate, "Jason. Jason Warner."
I loved this youtube so much that I put it on piggybankblog com. This video was classic!

@bofalawsuit and you're doing a good job - keep fighting back
Our tactics of gentleness, real negotiations, honest, adherence to the law, and exposing the banks' crimes is working.

so. if you have a mortgage and don't make payments a bank can foreclose on you. you signed a promissory note.

@naplesparadise I do not know anybody who would disagree with that comment. The problem is that banks do not want payments; the notes are manipulated during origination and during servicing, as evidence is proving more and more; the wrong entity in due course is enforcing the note for the mortgage; and even in my case for example there was no default.
