@Adrienne79 Hey! yes it is a 500 calorie restriction, you would have to read up on it....because I cannot explain lol. But the abnormal fat replaces the other 1,000 calories or so. Thanks for your support!

dollar store pregnancy test are fine test it and if you get 2lines its good no matter how faint the lines are.
