Tip:last i checked if you have at least 100 in one spell class you can make insanily powerfull spells except they require more mana for Example lets say i have 100 Alteration and 20 Destruction first i create a powerfull Destruction spell that req i have level 100 Destruction now after i create that spell i create a Alteration spell that reqs 100 Alteration the game should only see that this spells reqs 100 Alt and let you create it and use it..Note this was the last time i checked

@Falloutboy0124 you could get it from the testing hall too but that requiers moding theres a video on youtube on how to get to it using a Usb flash drive
