The last step regarding the pocket holes, countersink and filler stuff look like an advise DIY people to go elsewhere since it make the final finish imperfect. Since you have already had a headboard fastened to studs underneath, a french cleat might be an alternative?
If this is not for DIY, then I might have missed the point of why this installation vid is here...
