Forget All these Actors If you truly love Metal Gear Solid you would see that David Hayter Is Probably the Best Choice. He hasn't Destroyed the franchise in any way and if this movie has any potential to hurt the Metal Gear Fanbase like other Game/Movie Adaptations have, then we as Gamers/Lovers should support only David. I think David Could be a really good actor seeing as he takes full responsibility almost in a perfectionist way, He could Totally Pull this off

I like most of these choices. However, Snake, Grey Fox, Mantis and Wolf could be played by someone better. Hugh Jackman would make a pretty good snake. In my opinion anyways.

@Lonemann2008 kojima loves his movies and they carry over into his games,as you said,the colonel is definately based on richard creena,there lots of similarities with the rambo movies in the mgs series,as he said in the first rambo film,HE,S LEARNT TO LIVE OFF THE LAND,TO EAT THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE YOU PUKE-SNAKE EATER???

I think Manson would make a better Mantis IMHO, and I think that the Ryan Reynolds should be Grey Fox. He did a sweet job in that X-Men movie. Other than that you have some great picks for the cast! Sam Elliot would be a PERFECT Ocelot!

Richard Creena IS the colonel, I´m pretty sure Kojima based colonel Campbell in the colonel character performed by Creena in the Rambo movies. besides, it's okay if you want Thomas Jane as Snake, but he should be dubbed by David Hayter, there´s no other voice perfect for Snake.
