Continuing my test series of wood burning stoves in winter conditions, I take the Trail Designs Ti-Tri Inferno stove outside and see how long it takes to melt a cup of snow and bring it to a roaring boil. It was windy and -12°C during the test, but the Inferno performed very good.

  • "bloody brilliant"!

Haha, couldn't agree more. Can't beat a good fire in conditions like that.

  • @B206III Fire is so important for me when backpacking, I couldn't do without one!

  • oh man, that thunder at the end!! thanks for the video so we can see how this stove works!!

  • I have only heard good things about this stove thanks for review

  • @Habichtshorst agreed, it's a bit warmer here in the UK compared to the temps with you but you still can't beat a good fire. I've always used meths / petrol stoves in the winter but they're not the same, I've been playing with a homemade hobo-type stove this winter instead with good results. Thanks for the videos and the blog - very useful and a great read!
