  • I so so enjoy watching your videos and went back to your beginning you tube vids and really love your motivation you have taught yourself.I myself have to not only go to the gym but go at least 4-5 days a week .And you are eating very well good good for you!

  • You are doing a fantastic job! I'm the same age as you and lost 50 pounds also, but since july 10 of those lbs came back....I'm now back on the saddle and will be following your videos cause they are very very interesting! thank you for making them!

  • lol! wow...actually my biggest fear is that I'll look worse :( the reason I say that is because I'm worried about loose skin and looking older with fine lines showing more and all that. I guess we'll see huh? cuz in the end it's about health anyway. :) Thank you for the boost tho! :)
