There can be serious repercussions for malicious activity. You have been perpetrating a campaing to defame and slander me because of my religion. If you do not stop this hateful behavior immediately, you will be charged with civil suite for the offenses of Slander and Defamation of Character. Your IP address will be subpeoned from YouTube, and your identity will be subpeoned from your internet service provider. At that time, you will be charged in the Sixth District Court of the United States for Slander and Defamation of Character. Because I can easily demonstrate that your actions are not only willful but done with malice, substancial damages will be awarded. Your activities to slander and defame me have been well documented and archived as evidence for littigation. To prevent this littigation, I suggest that you close the YouTube account which you created to perpetrate this criminal activity and cease and desist from your malicious activity immediately. Failure to comply with my request will result in immediate legal action. You have gotten yourself into a big legal problem that you can only solve by accomodating me.

If you doubt my sincerity, please feel free to contact my attorney, who will represent me at no cost to me to protect my religious freedom. I am providing his contact information below. He will inform you of what will transpire if you do not cease this activity immediately.

Since you STILL appear to be unemployed and freeloading off your flatmate (endless free time to continue to fart around on YT), it is reassuring to know that you won't try to sell her kidneys to pay for a lawyer....

I call you on your severely-misspelled, toothless threat. IF you actually had retained a lawyer's agreement to represent you, surely he would have provided you with a note to pass on or at least an email address for me to write to. And even if he agreed to help, once he saw a few of your moronic videos he would immediately forget about seeking defamation charges—you have damaged yourself far more thoroughly than I possibly could, so what damages to your "reputation" could I add? Beyond that, as defendant of the points I made about you in the video, the discovery process will make me privy to a TON of personal info about you: lawsuit history, history of charges, your finances, how much you ACTUALLY spent on your flatmate before you started freeloading off her, how much she in fact spends on YOU, etc, etc.. Are you REALLY prepared to lose your free meal ticket? Then bring it on! Unlike you, I have no skeletons in MY closet.

"Religious freedom" does not protect you from criticism of actions such as your years of freeloading off a stroke-victim's SS benefits. Nor are you entitled to not feel offended by any mockery of your personal beliefs. I have not challenged your right to be superstitious, only your demonstrably idiotic beliefs themselves.
By law, defamation requires that FALSE and damaging info be stated. What have I said that meets that definition? Can you name ONE such claim I have made?

I find it ironic in the extreme that you should feel persecuted for your religious beliefs when you constantly say that non-theists are evil ("evilutionists"), immoral, and deserving of eternal damnation, for nothing more than their inability to believe in MAGIC. It is YOU that defames without basis, YOU that incites hatred and justifies violence against us for our own beliefs on religion. So expect a countersuit if you actually do find a fundie lawyer foolish enough to represent you. I will require your name and address so that I can identify this matter to "your lawyer" -- please provide (threats of litigation cannot be taken seriously or considered fair notice if the filer refuses to identify themselves).

Wilfully-ignorant fanatics like you endanger civilization and rob our children of their potential with compromising disinformation and permanent psychological abuse (convinced to fear eternal punishment for being "born sinful"). I'm utterly sick to my stomach when I read the comments on here. Did you actually listen to the video?? He wasn't taking advantage of anyone. His best friend had a stroke, and instead of letting her live in a nursing home, he took her in and spent a lot of his own money to get her the things she needed, then he lost his job, so they had to survive on her checks she was getting. The only reason you guys are making such a big deal out of this is that you can't stand Christians, grow up people!
