Freedom of speech is guaranteed in the Constitution, and non negotiable. Its not bad or good to use the word Nigger or any other word; all words are equal when you have freedom of speech. Manners and taste are another subject entirely and should not be conflated with your right to say what you want with exactly the words that you desire.
