There's something in the human psyche that makes us afraid or creeped out by things that are almost human but not quite. Whether it's chimps walking on two legs or some of those really creepy robots they make in Japan that make the hair on your neck stand up with their facial expressions, humans don't like near-humans.

If I saw one of those big ones walking upright on a camping trip I would think it's bigfoot.

I'm going to major in psychology and minor in evolutionary biology, I hope to one day work with these fantastic cousins to the human race. If the religious weirdos don't kill me first...

if you eat meat like the rest, these animals will be in fear of their life too. they will become extinct just because they are being studied. it is like the japanese arguement of scientific whaling. are you vegetarian at least. if not leave them alone. you would be part of the problem.

Okay, whatever you say, Mr. "ieatbonobos."

Your argument is ignorant and devoid of logic. Did you just pull that out of your ass because I don't think you really thought it through enough? What you wrote is the same thing as saying "I'm a murderer because I watched a documentary about murder."
