It looks at our shopping habits from early settlement to today and features items from the Library's extensive collection, including:
-a short film on Melbourne's shopping hotspots
-1950s organza evening gown worn by Lady Ansett
-Wolfgang Sievers 1960s photographs
-original sketches of 1920s flapper fashion
.. and more!
The exhibition is complemented by a program of free tours, talks and other activities.
