I put a lot of work into programming this rendition of the Mannheim Steamroller version of "Deck The Halls", and I performed this live a couple of years ago on the legendary Casio AZ-1, so I figured I would try to make the best possible version of the performance and cast it into cyberspace. There's a cameo appearance by Thomas Dolby playing the same instrument. Can you spot him? www.AndrewDoss.com

  • Oh, wow. This is great. Say, Thomas Dolby wouldn't happen to be the guy on the screen at 1:26, would he?

  • Yes. That's him at the Roger Waters The Wall Live in Berlin show.

  • Not gay enough. Swish once again.

  • Excellent comment!

  • O. M. G. Did you do this right or WHAT??? :-O This is on par with AniMusic in "fun factor". I gotta favourite it to launch it into my channel's viewers and my Red Bubble crowd. My sincere kudos.

Funny but I've had one of these remotes for years but the instruction manual doesn't seem to say how to MIDI assign the controller. Wanna REALLY make my day? :-D

  • Dude upload this shizzle in HD

    I NEED IT

  • it it ok if i use this in my christmas video? just the music.

  • ...and the question is, did Thomas Dolby get his AZ-1 back from Ghastley to do the cameo ;)

  • I don't know if anybody realizes how brilliant this performance and video is. True professionalism. Great arrangement. Great broadcast monitor as well.

  • hilarious! awesome! I'm gonna post this on facebook!

  • Yeah, it looks like Thomas Dolby. Nice controlloer. I like the Casio AZ-1 and the Yamaha KX5 as well. Only these two, I don't like any other ones.

  • That's where i first saw him, I f***ing love that solo!
