Clear violation.The other drivers clearly entered on yellow and note the camera strobe wasn't triggered. Good video nonetheless since it shows exactly how these systems are supposed to work. I personally don't like the mis-timing issue to create revenue. There has to be 3 seconds by the National Highway Trafic Safety Institute, but Chicago sets these cameras at 2.7 Seconds. Longer yellow already is proven to cut accidents. Also, it's not fair to bust people with malfunctioning traffic lights.

You guys are a bunch of dumbass's, watch the video before you go postin a comment like some hardass. play second by second. the light goes yellow at 2seconds.... the light turns red at 5 seconds.... that give him 3 seconds to stop assuming he saw "exactly" when it changed to yellow. i wouldnt have stopped either it would be more dangerous to lock up your brakes... btw good job on the 350 i drive a 05' track

it would not have been safe for you to stop, I hope you got out of that ticket... Texas has tried to pass laws that set a min yellow light time on red light cameras, no dice so far.

I like how everyone is saying he's a dumbass n all. the light just turned red and he probably didn't have time to stop before the line. This was just an accident, i would laugh about this whole thing if they gave me video proof. Kudos man!!! You are a man for putting up this video. Fuck those haters lol
