@Jordan1873 Football fans across the world involve themselves in this sort of thing. They compartmentalise issues. The hurt and human tragedy is put to one side and tribalism takes over. On an individual, human level these same folk would not hold the same views. A Hibs fan would not go to dinner at Wallace Mercer's family home and feel no empathy with his family. Conversely we should not condemn these football fans on an individual level. They are acting here on a tribal, collective level.

Couldn't give a fuck about that, he wasn't special to Hearts, what does the Pope actually do at the Vatican? Serious question, i do not know, everytime he is in the paper or news he is only waving his hand to cheering crowds all round him, plus i wouldn't boo a minute silence, im not as low as the fenians at Ibrox last Sunday.

@Jordan1873 or when hearts were splashed all over the world about booing during the silence for the pope? dont get me wrong i dont think religion has anything to do with footy or neither a i catholic but its along the same lines! plus you know for a fact that if the shoe was on the other foot you would do the same!
