@cfcnlr There's two sides to every story. Yes, loyalists who burned out Catholics were wrong, but how many Protestants were murdered/burned out by Republicans? Darkley Church Hall massacre ring any bells?

@MrOzanachronism thats why they forced the british government to the negotiation table and retained the catholic population within belfast, as thousands were being burned out by the larger protestan/loyalist populaton

Served in N. Ireland in the 80's , what i can't understand is why you don't all want peace . If not for yourselves but for your children . Wouldn't want my kids growing up with so much hatred , whether catholic or protestant .
