Intention that matters..assesing oneself is important..here the CM, I am sure, knows of her limitations with her english skill.. but clearly she shows her intention, which I think is commendable.
Some one has to break the ice .If the CM can, so can the backwards of this state.

Thanks for your comment and apologies for late reply. Geographically Bangladesh is not border of Pakistan, but in reality Pakistan sends their terrorists to India through Bangladesh. They use Bangladesh as their border to India. See Anandabazar on 21-2-2012 for one such news. Rudeness came due to nonprofessional attitude. Even I saw this in previous CM after being CM for long time.
