I think they are using mp3 skype record which will record on the left channel for one person and then right channel for the one recording. It's really weird. The only thing I heard to fix that is by recording the skype call via fraps on 1 frame recording and that should work nicely.

@lupe121283 You know I can't believe I've never thought of that. I've actually recorded skype audio with Fraps and it's worked out really well, even with video. I'll definitely try that out next time.
