honey you have to follow this way :

first go to the master volume.

2/ go to the properties from OPTION

3/ mark ALL

4/ mark ADVANCED CONTROL from OPTION

5/ go to the mic advanced(it will be appear under the mic volume)

6/ mark the microphone boosts

then you will find the difference, you will hear your heartbeat without recording also.

but if you want to increase the volume, you have to amplify the file with an audio amplifier software in your system.

its also available in the sound recorder.
