ok so i rolled my ankle and im a mma fighter, im worried that my ankle isnt as strong as it was and will easily roll/sprain again is their a way i can make it stronger??? please help!

U will need much physical therapy. But yes is the answer. Our bodies are made to heal. U will need to eat all healthy foods to promote growth and strength in bones/ligaments, as well as exercise etc... Just give it time and exercises and slowly build back up to jumping/running again!!!

I just had a cast removed from a broken ankle,and my physio is showing me these techniques.Two thumbs up for showing this,im sure there's lots of peeps watching out there that will benefit from it.

ok, this is not a scam at all. I've dealt with patients in the ICU and they cannot walk because of a recent surgery or other restrictions. This exercise will promote blood flow and prevent blood from clotting in the calf area.
Please do some anatomy and physiology reading before posting on any related topic rfa3232.
