Were was this taken at. I love the Cascade just a unique and beautiful train.

@otis656 It's a safety regulation put in by the government. Amtrak is working on quick-acceleration trains for the Detroit-Chicago line. Other than that, most trains start out slow.

@peterandben Oh, shut up. The F40PH and the AMD-103/P42DC are both fine, powerful, and classy locomotives. If you want to foam, go find another foamer.
