I don't even think Frank has a mental illness. I think he's a wildly original artist taking cues from eccentric street fixtures of the past. I can't help but laugh when I read his different signs, they are really funny. I can tell Frank has a great sense of humor and I think he's awesome. This guy interviewing him is absolutely NOT awesome, on the other hand, but it's interesting to see Frank stand his ground here.
