When ever I try to play RCT3 I get a black screen..

i have got this, and it works perfectly on windows vista.

I had this problem. Im on vista aswell. the graphics card is sufficient for the game. I tried changing to 600x800 nothing. make a hole and filled with water, nothing. Updated system, nothing. Reinstalled game, nothing. Hired a member of staff.... SUCCESS! no idea how that worked but it did :D ahahaha

i get a black screen at the start of RCT3 when i start it up. i cant even see the Frontier and Atari Logo's and all that stuff! anyone help please?

Everyone who has problems with the dark screen even when its not night on vista:
Dig a hole and fill it with water.

at least you can actually see the game...all i see on mine is a blue screen saying 'NOT SUPPORT' right when i start it up. :(

I have the same problem. I noticed all the parks with staff don't have this problem, so it just might work. I fucking hate Vista.

Have this exact same problem! So frustrated now after hours of trying to find a solution for this. Hiring a staff member didnt work for me. Hope someone can reply with something that solves this irritating problem.
p.s. saw somewhr that says to add lamps to brighten the park but I couldnt even see the path how to add. And it is still dark even when it is MORNING. diesnt make any sense to me.

i just gave up on it (because i lost it)
well i dont know what to say...
maybe download different versons of RCT3 (utorrent) but i dont recomend it
good luck fixing the game :)
