  • This has to be one of the best songs EVER by Orpheus !!! Good job and great sound....Brings back many a memory..

    Thank you 5/5

  • I agree sir.

  • Boswell69 it's too bad this group had a rift between the two leaders. They could have gone so very far! I remembered this tune from when I was a kid and specifically went looking for it. Good post!

  • you're welcome. Glad you enjoyed.

Bruce Arnold explained the lyrics as his answer to his then girlfriend's complaints that he wasn't expressing his feelings verbally. The "Baby You're Wrong" was simply him correcting her. The irony is the song was itself a magnificent expression worth a thousand words - and she got it sung to her by one of the finest baritones around. Take that bitch.

  • christ, what memories this brings backschool, parties, and vickie-miss ya

  • Great !!!!

  • From the heart, real music !!

  • Great song! Definitely brings back memories:)

  • Me myself and Irene brought me here. Good song

  • this is a guilty pleasure. obviously great harmonies, great back grounds, great lyrics and sentiments. When I find an overdose of morphine and I'm ready to take it. play this in the background and let me die content. That should be about ten years from now but I'm putting my bid in early

  • Such a beautiful song

  • I hadn't heard this for several years now. I had found the LP a few times, but always very damaged condition. I found the 2nd LP Ascending and LOVE it.

I have it posted on my demonoid account as LP-CD lossless album if anyone desires it. Sounds like they kept the exact formula for the 2nd album. I love this breezy pop psych. Too bad they panned the drums so hard to the left though. I can handle horns and that, but Drums? You NEVER see a drummer off to the side LIve. thanks for sharing.

  • To have left the world such a beautiful sound...how do people come up with this stuff? conjures beautiful memories of way back then.

  • great song actually Hootie and the blowfish the one hootie song I like did a great version of this. nonetheless Brad Delp ( lead singer of boston ) stated this was his second favorite band just behind the Beatles.. High praise
