Loongson 3B to reach 16 GFLOPs per core at 1 GHz, some 130 GFLOPs peak FP rate in double precision at 1.05 GHz clock. For a comparison, the 3.3GHz Core i7 3960X with AVX would achieve some 160 GFLOPs peak in DP quote from Vr-Zone!
Seems it Via China is Starting off with a GPU than a Cpu, Is it a New Form of Motorola Dragonball-Z maybe renders better than The Last Airbender movie in a cluster server! Sounds really iteresting, Maybe AMD needs some better GPU optmizing code with AOB!

Yea, they've dropped the price to $250 for the 8.9 inch. I imagine it's to clear stock for the newer 3A/2GQ based model. If you want to see it, you can navigate through Lemote's chinese version of the site, it's shown on there.

I don't believe we'll see the 3A/2GQ soon. It's a small shop that's selling these. They just want to offer these machines at the lowest possible price without losing money. I don't believe this is a money-making venture.

Yes, thanks for pointing out how freedomincluded is back in business. I hadn't realized. I wonder when the new model will be available. The one I've got is useful, but limited. A new, more powerful model would be awesome!

You're right I did use a tripod. I plan to make some more related videos. Probably I will just be capturing what I do on the screen.
