2) I don't understand who could give money to GP for this campaign. Do you mean Apple? Greenpeace has run a campaign to change Apple environmental policy for 10 months, and Apple is not really happy about this. The campaign message is "I love my Apple, I just wish it came in Green". I think it's a really smart message that let Mac users be involved asking for a Green Apple.

I don't think needing money or funding is a good excuse for compromising your values...and image. There are other ways to get money beside selling out.

Hi :)
Sometimes, to be dedicated to the cause in better way we need money...:) :) :) :) :)

"Embarrassing"
"Environmental"
And at least GREENPEACE is making environmental videos.
Are you?

I hate that Greenpeace is into branding and consumerism now. Tho I love my Mac, I still wish that Greenpeace would remain pure and dedicated to the cause, not promote consumption.

Awesome! Lol Greenpeace!
1) Greenpeace does NOT accept donations from governments or corporations but relies on contributions from individual supporters.

3) And it was a success since Apple changed part of his policy last May publishing a "Greener Apple". The e-waste campaign is not closed yet, of course, and we keep working on Apple too, but after this update we wanted to send all the user generated designs that Apple fan sent us directly to Steve Jobs, the Apple CEO. And we thought it would have been nice to send them using the Apple service and software. The message is the same: "We love your products, but we want you to go Green".
