"the energy used to break the molecular bond is negligible and comes from the alternator"
With the word "negligible" you are implying that the energy that becomes available in the generated hydrogen, is more than the energy you had to spend making it.
You are with this, in fact, claiming that you are creating energy.
I can't seem to get you to confirm that you can not create or destroy energy, only convert it.
@seeker21truth ... So, let's say box #1 has a $20 electric space heater from Walmart in it. Box #2 has an electrolyzer that splits the bonds of water into hydrogen and oxygen. That hydrogen is then burned again using that oxygen. This gives off heat. The water that comes back is used again in the electrolyzer.
Question: Does box #2 give off more heat than box #1 ?
@seeker21truth ... so back on topic. You changed the subject. Answer me this:
Imagine an enclosed box with an electrical input. When applying electricity, if that box takes, say, 100W, then that box will give off a certain amount of heat.
Imagine another enclosed box like that. Inside can be anything. That box also takes 100W worth of electrical energy.
Question: do you think it is possible that box #2 can give off a different amount of heat than box #1 ?
@seeker21truth ... see, you're not even answering questions or responsible to claims anymore. You simply reject and pretend the points weren't made. Yes, really very predictable.
@seeker21truth You creepy quacky little pseudo science scam artists always end up saying that people that oppose them are "with the government", "agents", "shills for oil companies". You simply do not have the capacity to even BEGIN to consider the fact that what you got there simply can not work. No amount of explaining works. You shall and must defend your ridiculous ideas no matter what.
Your behavior I've seen countless of times before, you're really very predictable.
@seeker21truth No it doesn't you lying quack! Burning hydrogen makes it hotter. Plus there is all that heat loss in the converting of kinetic to electricity to hydrogen. The overall heat output of a car with an HHO system goes *UP*, not down. THEREFORE, the efficiency is LOWER with one of those SCAM devices.
I, a1mint, hereby certify, in writing, you to be a bona fide in your face super moron !
@seeker21truth People that understand the actual science, KNOW that HHO systems can by definition NOT improve fuel economy!
This isn't about "renewable energy" btw. That's a whole other topic. Stay on topic please. We're talking about on-board on-demand HHO systems. They can NOT improve fuel economy PERIOD !
@seeker21truth And again with the claim how "2 volts is miniscule". 2 volts at how many amps? What's the total Wattage? Do you know? You actually think you can measure energy by using a little multimeter? Energy is WATTAGE, which is Voltages M U L T I P L I E D by Amperage ! What part of that do you not understand?
@seeker21truth ANSWER THE QUESTION. *CAN* BOX #2 GIVE OFF MORE HEAT THAN BOX #1 ?
YES OR NO ?
ANSWER THE QUESTION !
NO EXCUSES ! NO DISTRACTIONS ! A SIMPLE YES, OR NOT, WHICH IS IT ?
WELL ?

@seeker21truth Here is a bird's eye view why HHO systems do not work:
- You can not create or destroy energy, only convert it.
- A car converts the energy available in gasoline into kinetic motion plus heat.
- That means that the heat output determines the loss.
- That means that more heat output means less efficiency.
- That means that less heat output means more efficiency.
- The electrolyzer and the alternator output heat, therefore the overall total heat output is greater, less efficient

An HHO system only will worsen the fuel economy.
