I don't know all of what's happening at Steamtown, but this is a Lima built berkshire. There are several of them still running and preserved to this day. They were some of the last steam locomotives built and several railroads had them, with slight modifications to suit their individual needs. The NKP had Mars lights on all of their steam, not present on this locomotive. You can see some of them in daily service on my "Webshots" page under member "boilerbob7"
