Well, they weren't involved in the accident and the guy had plenty of other biker friends to help him out. Had they stopped, they couldn't have done very much. And in the end, it's still the biker's fault for crashing - pretty bad spot to choose to pass

OK - MC passes illegally crossing double yellow and crashes. RV not involved nor a legal factor in the accident and can leave the scene. Help was on scene immediately so there is no issue as to the rider receiving medical if he needs it. Should rider blame RV for accident, this tape will serve as exhibit "A" and any charges of libel will be quickly and embarrassingly be dismissed. RV owner counters and receives reimbursement for his legal fees from the complainant. Rider needs new insurance co.
