Beating Resident Evil 2 Blindfolded Part 2 (1/2)

This part definitely didn't go as planned, but being as long and crazy as it is, I had to accept it when I finally got to the end. There was 3 small mistakes and 1 major mistake I really wish didn't happen, but oh well. First off when I get to the statues, I got lost and couldn't push the statue from the front. This is what caused most of my failed runs and ended up happening a lot.

So I had to start finding a way to recover from this. I managed to find my way to the front of the statue like I oringinally intended, and continued on normally. Then later on when trying to get the first aid spray in the RPD office, I backed up into the wrong wall and got a bit lost. I managed to find my way back to the right wall though, and pick it up. From there it went well and I managed to dodge the first set of zombies arms near the barricades which I had never done before. Too bad I got grabbed by the other set though. After that everything went good and found my way back upstairs. Then I was back at the statues. I had to grab the gem, but again this was something that I almost always fucked up, especially during practice.

I got lost of course but managed to come up with a safe way to get it. I ran mashing A until I exited through the door. Then I went back to the room, and worked my way to the gem and left. After that everything went good besides almost picking up the red herb in the library. Then after leaving the library, this is where the major mistake began. I equipped the shotgun and made it to the first zombie no problem. Decapitated him and made my way farther ahead. Decapitated the first zombie no problem too. Now it was the last zombie. This zombie was the absolute hardest to tell where he was because sometimes he can move fast and sometimes he moves slow.

I waited and hoped I was near him and went for the headshot. Nope. I tried again, and nope. I then just decided to run forward and take the bite and leave. So I wasted 2 shotgun shells and got bit. I can make up for the health by grabbing the herbs in the next part, but I am really pissed about wasting those shotgun shells. Hopefully it doesn't come back to haunt me and I can finish this run. After that I make it to the save room, and item box goes fine. I get the ink ribbons and then... I LEAVE THE ROOM. I reenter the door by just turning and I panicked. I was running all around mashing A hoping to go back in the door. I heard the zombie near me and prayed I didn't get bit. I found my way back into the save room and saved after much chaos.
