These movies were so good.

@DamanSingh155 Actually, there is quite a bit a symbolism in this part. There was also symbolism in the part with the flower wilting.

This scene always made me cry. It was so deep and meaningful....how I miss movies like this.

It's a mix of delight, nostalgia and a strange sort of sadness, watching a lot of these kid's movies I grew up with, now that I'm old enough to understand them. Most films put out today aimed at a younger audience like to play it safe and don't have any deep meaning to them. I guess I'm lucky to have grown up in a time where animation and story telling was still an art form and not just a way for people to make a quick buck.

@koechiaki777 Even though Disney didn't technically produce it. :) But yes it is beautiful, agreed.

Awwww:(
This was a very touching scene. The air conditioner, after going untouched and unloved by the master finally gets what he had wanted from the beginning and is touched by his former master's actions before he is left to go to whoever buys the cottage next. It's like Rob's way of telling the AC he cares for it and still finds it useful. So much symbolism in this scene...

No. The others basically said he was just jealous the master never used or played with him because he's stuck to the wall and at the time, the master was too short to reach his dials. The A/C fliped out and overheated and blew up. At this point when the master, now 18 and about to head off to college came back for the appliances and found them missing, he repaired the broken A/C, showing that he actually did care about it.
