Another thing you need to take into consideration is this: often, when a new athlete shows up on the scene at some new gym or training center, he's better than most of the guys already there. This can create envy, resentment, and an overall bad training environment for the new athlete. Make sure that before you move, you know that the people there will welcome you and not resent you (Rhadi touched on this point with his mention of having "good people" as your human resources).
