Can I use grocery store milk to make kefir? It's probably been pasteurized :(

Hey can you tell me the difference between Caucasian and Tibetan grains? Do you have pictures of Tibetan( those that your dog munched up)?

I used 2have the small ones that look like little clusters of grain, musch like the wikipedia picture. Biggest smaller than hazelnut.

Those that I have now r more like tiny rubbers all curled up, they are sort of stretchy. And these are bigger like a walnut size.

And yes I looked at your site justdidnt find the info there.
