This is not Taj Mahal's song. There's been a lot of people posting that he wrote this song, and he didn't. Leavin' Trunk is considered a traditional blues song. Its origins come from Sleepy Joe Estes' "Milk Cow Blues."

i'm listening to this one for the first time as I type... but IMO the Taj Mahal is better than the Black Keys version. All three are great, though. I gotta say that the Derek Trucks Band is way more talented than either of them, though.
