JDRF 2011 Houston Promise Ball Gala Fund-a-Cure video

This video was used at the 2011 JDRF Gala in Houston, TX which honored Amy and John Cone as the Living and Giving Honorees, as well as their daughter, Olivia Cone. The Fund A Cure video is a powerful component of JDRF Chapter Galas nationwide. The video is typically accompanied by a personal testimony from a local parent or child with type 1 diabetes and followed by an auction of passion to "fund a cure" in which guests raise their bid cards to make a direct contribution to research. All of the proceeds from the auction go to JDRF to fund research to cure type 1 diabetes and its complications.
