MyLincoln Touch is horrible. It is buggy beyond belief. It is sluggish and complex. The idea is to the system more user friendly so you keep your eyes on the road. However, to push a certain spot on a screen is harder than to grab a knob. I have had numerous random issues that resulted in problems with the climate system, the audio system, the phone, and navigation (all 4functions of the touch screen). I would rethink buying this car with the touch option; just buy a garmin instead

I bought a Lincoln MKX and well the automatic climate control when cold outside and set to 70 heats the vehicle to 80 and when hot outside won't cool the vehicle below 80 in a reasonable amount of time.. I would love to take a trip but would miss the scenery because I would be messin with the "AUTOMATIC" system

@Xxwyzee I kinda like the alphanumeric system, but this is comming from someone who sits in a laboratory all day, I like to keep things short and simple, so when I say FTIR, people know what machine it is. if you think saying FTIR sounds dull tell them to use the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.

MKX advertised as the "smart one" cannot cool down when using the automatic mode in the dual climate control system, Ford engineers will not or cannot address this defect.

Wouldn't it be nice to hire a person to name cars with a NAME instead of all these stupid letters. If you tell someone you drive a Navigator, an Eldorado, a Thunderbird... we get an idea of what it is. If you tell them you drive a MKX, DTS, G6... how DULL can we get? The Navigator sells because of its name, these stupid "lettered" cars are not notable and very forgetable. Call it what it is, an Aviator - show some originality!

@leafrul3, the only luxury thing about the MKX is the interior, lose that stupid girlish grille and tail lights!
