On the Thirteenth day of May, Alison, Robert, T Bone, Stuart, Dennis, Buddy and Jay raised the Blue sands at "Le Grand Rex", a parisian theatre. A gorgeous Robert is seen siding with a strangeley beautiful voice, a walking harmony, an amazingly sweet singer-fiddler-musician, a strawberry blonde filling the ears of your hearts with heavenly juices, an astounding beauty in her black leather boots who says bye bye to all the pre-Raphaelite beat that pounds in a woman bosom...making us forget our mortal coil without quitting our "humaine condition"....
A rare encounter of the third type with the irish Gigue, the new scottish Folk, Kentucky blue grass echoeing all over with some reverb of far sounds coming from the mountains of the Atlas, Mississipi delta blues, pure vintage Rock'n'Roll blended in a special indigo blue pot by the musicians who delivered a splendid « métier »...between swamp and mountain, memories and eternity.
Un beau moment de musique.

  • I'm thankful to you akusgal for the welcomed precision and thank you too reddragon for the "p'tit mot en français", so kind ;-).

Many thanks guys, would you possibly know whether this Alison & Robert act is a "one shot" or that other future developments might be expected?

  • the songs are "In the mood" by Robert Plant and "Black country woman" by...well, you know who. ;-)

  • Finally Robert singing his own solo masterpieces. Zeppelin is great but Robert's solo work is not very appreciated I think.

Waiting for a take on Thru with the two step or ship of fools, maybe even your ma said you cried in your sleep last night

  • Its good to see Alison adding her talented fiddle to the mood. Awesome! The most innovative sounds to come out in years..

  • plant is great with or without the page...but page did not do much without plant...nothing in this league...and if u compare plant with, for example, bowie ...you will notice that plant ALWAYS sings well whilst bowie is sometimes truly inspired...

  • "A holiday a holiday and the first one of the year"

Great to see Percy paying tribute to Sandy Denny.

  • robert plant in the n. of may of Record Collection, the magazine, tells the journalist they'll work on a second album in the future. but that before he has to make one new with strange sensation.
