Hate is a strong word. I never really said I hated it, I've just heard the song and actively participated in performing it so many times that I am tired of it. It's not like it makes me want to cover my ears or anything. I just can't see myself going out of my way to listen to it.

No smug look involved at all. I'm just curious why people pre-claim to hate stuff and then spend their time watching and listening to it on YT. Glad you enjoyed the concert, in spite of no Rocky Top. No offense taken.

I just played it man. I was going to see Cherryholmes live the next day and I was looking for videos. I saw a similar comment to how I felt about the song and replied to it. They were badass by the way. And they didn't play Rocky Top.

I'd join that group, lol. I've been picking for a while, and back in high school marching band our fight song was Rocky Top. Ugh. I can't stand to hear it anymore, even if I am a proud Tennessean.
