  • Hi,

I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?

So many questions and so little time.

I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?

  • @TheCheffEddie

    i use a Sony DSC-P9 camera.

the camera is just held normally. there is no tripod or special equipment.

    i use Windows Movie Editor.

the voice is recorded by the camera and not dubbed in later.

  • thnx girl

but can we exchange the meet

    with a chicken....?!(=._.)

  • Yes you can, but slice the chicken into thin strips like a stir-fry.

  • Jemeela I forgot to ask this. Are we eating the skin of the finished stuffed zucchini for this recipe as I have never had it this way before?

  • Yeah you can eat the skin. :)

  • Hi. I'm new to your channel. I really love your take on this! In Malta, a traditional recipe is stuffed marow. (Usually a lighter green variety tho). I do mine like yours. In 2 big halves. But, may cut them in rings, and scoop out pockets to stuff them. But, we cook ours in broth! Made with any stock you like (or water), celery, carrots, and peas. It makes the marrow very sweet and suple. Thanks for sharing tho! I love your accet. I can listen to you all day! Very calming. Like the way you cook

  • erm y u do tht with the mince wont it taste watery ?

  • why cut it in half why not make a lid (cut the top) ?? thanks for making these videos they help alot :)

  • I will follow recipe tonight. Great tips and easy to follow steps
