Pity it wasn't a clearer video, this looks like it would have illustrated the instinctive drowning response quite well - victim doesn't look like they're struggling, yelling out, or doing much of anything except pressing their arms laterally against the water. That's what true drowning looks like, not the Hollywood version of drowning with lots of splashing and fanfare. Kudos to the people on hand who were able to rescue this person.

i want a real video, if this guy was drowning he would have been going into the water and trying to splash his way back up to the surface.
