This is a Schindler elevator. It was installed in the 1990s, and that pump simply screams Schindler.

I looked at Google Earth because these elevators stick out since they were added and in 1994 they weren't there, so these might have been installed in the 90s

I got bad news, Fortunoff has filed for bankruptcy and is being liquidated! I am shocked at this but I heard it on the news.

If it's from the 1980's, then it would be a Montgomery elevator, which I think so, because of the motor noise.
