材料:肥一點的牛絞肉、醃過的蘿蔔絲、黃豆芽、海帶芽、鴻禧菇、龍鬚菜、洋蔥末、胡麻油、糖、味霖、醬油、雞蛋、韓式辣椒醬、薑末、蒜末、白芝麻、米酒、麻油、黑芝麻、白­飯
(黃豆芽、龍鬚菜、海帶芽、鴻禧菇需事先燙熟備用,並非直接使用生鮮的材料)

做法:先把鍋燒熱加入少許油,把牛絞肉、1/4顆洋蔥末下鍋拌炒到反白即可,隨即加入一大匙米酒、兩大匙味霖、兩大匙醬油、少許糖開小火煮讓他收汁,再來準備石鍋開小火後­加上一大匙胡麻油來潤鍋,開始使用石鍋前先用來鹽煮過一下來清潔,再來放入白飯最好是涼的這樣才會有鍋巴,少許韓式辣椒醬放入醃過的蘿蔔絲中攪拌,再加少許麻油、白芝麻攪­拌後鋪到飯上,這時牛絞肉應以收乾再放入白飯上,分別把黃豆芽、龍鬚菜、海帶芽、鴻禧菇各加上少許鹽、少許糖、少許香油攪拌後再鋪到飯上,再來準備鍋子燒熱用些許胡麻油再­打個雞蛋,蛋煎熟即可放上石鍋中,大約整個石鍋煮15分鐘,再蛋上灑上一些黑芝麻,最後把一大匙拌韓式辣椒醬、一大匙味霖、一茶匙薑末、一茶匙蒜末、一茶匙醬油一起攪拌後­淋到石鍋飯上,這樣就完成石鍋拌飯
