@AnswerManSam The problem is that, at the moment, he's a mostly lone voice in the wilderness. He doesn't have the support of Fox, Limbaugh or any conservative heavyweights that I know of.

He would have a much tougher time dealing with the House Republicans than Obama did with the Blue Dog Democrats

@R4t10n4L You're right, but getting rid of the Fed is a huge step in the right direction. If Ron Paul is elected, we'll at least have a president who isn't in bed with corporations. You can't not get back to our founding principles because it will be tough in Congress. I'm sure there were naysayers during the Revolution saying that we'll never be a free people as long as Great Britain exists. But despite overwhelming odds, we defeated them and created the Republic. We have to do the same now.
