KRISTEN DID AN AWFUL JOB OF PLAYING BELLA SWAN!! I think she could have done a better job but she isn't putting any emotion in her acting at all and it bothers me. To me she killed the movie

On contrary I sorta liked Kristen. She may have appeared to have no emotions but, in the book, it was stated that Bella was sorta plain and boring, no eccentric like her mother. I thought this portrayal was pretty accurate to the book in terms of how she acted. I don't know, that's just my opinion of course :)

@Jakegothicsnake I read Bram Stroker's Dracula and to tell you the truth the movie version with Gary Oldman as Dracula directed by Frances Ford Coppola took it to the next level and it kicked the books ass.

The books are always better and that's a fact. But when you're reading a book you always picture the characters in your head well I do at least and I always pictured Alexis Bledel from the Gilmore Girls or Kirsten as Bella I don't know why but I did. Bella describes herself as plain and pale but there is like an awkwardness about her that is likeable and Kirsten captured that I think.

@XSakuuchaanX The whole series sucks my dear.....you want real vampires, read Bram Stoker's Dracula, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, or watch either Van Helsing or The Hunger with Catherine Deneuve, David Bowie, and Susan Sarandon.

Stephanie Meyer should never had made this series. If I was making it, I would have mad A LOT of changes to the story and characters. No sparkling, whole series spans over several years, Edward and Bella are always refered to as "Ed/Eddie and Elle/Ella/Ellie" Jacob DOES NOT hook up with their daughter, who's name would be changed to 'Vanessa" instead of Renessme, and Ellie(Bella) would NOT become a vampire. And that's not even the whole list of changes that are seriiously needed.
