I have a question: What kind of rice should I use (med, long grain)? And how much rice should I use for one roll?

I also wanted to know how I could be a vegan? I have had many attempts but seem to fail bcuz I love white meat and it so hard especially when everyone in my family eats meat!

It's probably a quarter cup of rice for a roll.

As for becoming vegan, you can start with baby steps. For example, avoid eating meat one day a week, and then gradually increase the number of days per week. Also, going to vegetarian diet as opposed to vegan could be a great intermediate step. Most importantly, don't blame yourself for failing to become vegan overnight. Just know that you are in the right path, and that it requires knowledge and discipline to get there, which takes time. :)

It takes up to 16 pounds of grain to produce just 1 pound of edible animal flesh.

Meat means misery for the world's hungry.

hey sup, I dont know if you alrready have an answer to your post cus its a little bit old, but use short grain rice or as americans call Cal-Rose Rice. The measure for the rice in each roll, Im not very sure but grab just half of the rice that your hand can keep, maybe 1/2cup or a little bit more.
