Should the Nurse tell the truth in this situation? We will be using the framework model M.O.R.A.L. to establish a conclusion to this ethical decision.

  • I would tell her all what I know and have heard about the surgeon. I'd tell her what I would do in the situation, then I'd leave it up to her to make the decision. If I knew for a fact that the doctor had a bad reputation, I'd want to protect her from having complications, so I'd definitely tell her.
