If this looks like crap then go and watch arma vids on the actual developers website and the game is not crap , amazing graphics and ai with large maps and fun gameplay with outstanding simulation and game engine , way better than any game I've seen so far. Btw , the actual devo's channel is called ARMA2official

ArmA II. The game that holds the best AI and graphics in the same game. 100+ useable vehicles, realistic enviroments, simulated speech, ingame mission editor, all of it available on online multiplayer and most important, lag. Good ol' ArmA lag.

It is indeed boring for the ADD crowd.
The target audience for this game is people that love simulation and immersion more then their SPM.
Sure it might have some bland moments, but is a lot of fun if you can pay attention for longer then your pop music playing in your empty and boring head.
