  • I appreciate your attempt, but your video is repetitious, irrelevant and filled with fluff. It addresses all of the wrong points. I hope you cut this down. You could cover your points in five minutes. Then more eyes will see it.

If you were to start over, you might start by understanding your target audience. Get a copy of the Book of Mormon and actually read it for yourself. Ponder it in your heart. Seriously. There is more there than you realize. It is the promised Stick of Joseph.Scripture.

  • @tyndale25 I have read the Book of Mormon. It has no historical basis, and comes directly from the mind of Joseph Smith. There never were "Nephites" or "Lamanites" in the ancient Americas. Sorry bro, ask any historian or archaeologist.

  • Lame Video. Waste of my time!

  • @GKelsongs Sorry about that! Hopefully it was the content and not the filmmaking, my LDS friend :)

  • Thank you for sharing the truth about the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, He and He ALONE became our sacrifice... we cannot do anything in this flesh to obtain eternal life except to accept Him as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

  • Great video, thanks for posting.

  • I hope you guys continue to make films like this.

  • I stand by my previous mentioned discrepancies which you have not even addressed. Ignorance is bliss they say. I love how you say "I'm so sorry YOU don't understand" or "I realize that not everyone gets it" Thats hilarious to try and put the onus back on me so you can bury your head in the sand. Quite condescending and duly noted. Mormons have a lot more they need to be concerned with than commas and periods, lol, your eternal salvation is hanging in the balance. Peace, & good luck with that!

  • @desertdoggz Oh, my friend, that is such a sad tale, but I realize that not everyone gets it. I am sure you are happy where you are, but there is sooo much you are missing out on. So changes in the BofM from the initial publication to today seem to really bother you. Which corrections are most troubling? Certainly not the addition of commas and periods, and the reformatting into verses.

  • @tyndale25 Joseph Smith said the BOM was the most correct book in the world, then why the 3,913 changes? I know the answers just wondering if you do. Bible says not add to it. My friend, it seems as if maybe reason and intellectual honesty does not matter as long as you "Feel" the church is true. What kind of objective criteria for truth is that? I was raised n baptized lds. As a young man the Spirit of God revealed to me mormon theology was absolutely wrong after much study & prayer!

  • Great video, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @desertdoggz I am also sorry you misunderstand the process of translation, as well as the process of publishing, as well as the number of and reasons for corrections in subsequent editions of such extensive works. I am just proud and thankful that the necessary changes were made to make the book more as it was always meant to be. Study it with the Bible, for the Bible promised that it would come forth to help bring you back to God. May you benefit from its existence as I have.

  • @desertdoggz On the contrary. Every seeker for truth needs to study the Book of Mormon with real open minded inquiry, just as the young Joseph Smith made his initial inquiry of the Lord in 1820 with an open mind. When you have the mind to do that, you can't help but ask God in humility if the Book of Mormon is true. He will absolutely confirm the truth of it to you, as He has to millions. There is so much I could share about the many truths restored in these last days. God lives.

  • @tyndale25 Aren't you being intellectually dishonest? Book of Mormon histories, peoples, cities, nephites, lamanites, are a fairy tale. You CAN'T be serious my friend! BOM has plagurised KJV in elizabethan english no less. The list of LDS contradictions & frauds (book of abraham for instance) is endless, 3,913 changes to the original 1830 BOM when supposedly God gave Joseph every single word translated while his head was buried in a hat. Christians love lds & care to share the truth!

  • thank you, a lot of light and made me more comfortable just going and talking to them.

  • Thank you for this documentary. I've already made copies and have given some away. I love mormons with all of my heart and am so excited to see ministries just loving them. Thank you for doing this. 1 Thessalonians 2:8 "So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us." God Bless You.
