@zeel16 get low. most people will say get your butt low as well, but i try to keep my butt a little higher than they say, and i stay on my toes. also, snap the ball at your knees, try to release it at your knees. and use your hands as quick as possible.
it's also important that your patient and that your practice snaps before every game because depending on how the center is and how you are, timing is everything. as a quarterback i know when i got 2 or 3 250 pound all state linebackers blitzing at me, i wanna get out from under center as fast as possible. but if you start to pull away before you secure the snap. a fumbled snap is most likely to occur. timing and security is everything.
@pitchblackguitar It's all about the technique of your blocking etc. One of our smaller DB's at training a couple of weeks ago held our Center blocking without moving an inch, fair to say the C wasn't brilliant, but the lower you go (within reason) the easier it is to hold someone still.

i throw better with gloves on since my hands are small and it sweats alot. lol
